Dysentery is derived from the Greek, namely dys (= disorder) and enteron (= intestine), which is inflammation of the large intestine characterized by abdominal pain and bowel movements, stool mucus mixed with blood. Defecate repeatedly that causes sufferers to lose a lot of fluid and blood.

Causes of Dysentery
dysentery is a common parasitic infection of Entamoeba histolytica which causes amoebic dysentery and bacterial infections that cause Shigella grup bacillary dysentery. Patients should immediately seek medical treatment, if not life-threatening.

Dispose of water with bloody stools
Watery diarrhea with a little volume
Dispose of water mixed with feces lenders (mucus)
Pain during defecation (tenesmus)
